Shipping policy

Everything is made and packed by me here in Weston, Florida. I currently ship within the United States only.

How long before it ships

• Ready-to-ship pieces — ceramics, tumblers, glassware and prints leave here within 2–3 business days.
• Press-on nail sets — 1–3 weeks, depending on how much detail is in the design. These are painted after you order.
• Custom ceramics and commissions — 4–6 weeks.

If your order mixes ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, everything ships together once the whole order is finished. If you'd rather have the in-stock items sent ahead, email me and I'll split it — you'd cover the second postage.

Rates

Orders of $70 or more ship free. Express shipping is $15 and covers faster transit only — it doesn't speed up how long a made-to-order piece takes to make.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking the moment it ships. Made-to-order customers get progress photos along the way.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to me because the address was wrong, I'll happily resend it once you cover postage again.

If something goes wrong in transit — see the Refund policy. Short version: photograph everything including the box, email me within 48 hours, and I'll replace or refund.
