Every piece is thrown, sculpted, or painted by me, one at a time. No paint stroke is exactly the same, and no two mugs come out perfectly identical — which is proof that it's made by hand and not by a machine.

Yes. Everything is painted with food-safe glazes. Mugs and kitchen pieces are dishwasher safe. Anything with gold or metallic detail should never go in the microwave — it's listed on those pieces.

For mugs, make sure they don't sit at the bottom of a sink, so they don't get broken by other dishware stacked on top. Tumblers are not dishwasher or microwave safe, so hand wash only — treated that way, they'll last a long time.

Pieces that didn't pass my own inspection. They're fully functional and still work exactly as they should — they just have an imperfection that keeps them from being full price, and they're nowhere near flawed enough to throw away. Every imperfection is photographed up close and described in the listing, so you know exactly what you're getting. Final sale, since the flaw is part of the deal.

Happily. Anime, cartoons, games, and anything from the ocean are my favourite things to make. Fan art is done as a one-off commission for you, never mass-produced.

Send your idea through the custom order form, and email any reference images to mysoulcreationsllc@gmail.com — or just reply to my email with them attached. I come back with a sketch, a price, and a date. A 50% deposit starts the work, you get progress photos along the way, and the balance is invoiced before it ships.

Press-on sets run 1–2 weeks for simpler designs and 2–3 weeks for sculpted or character work, painted bottles 2–3 weeks, and custom ceramics 4–6 weeks. If you have something else in mind, or you need it by a particular date, just ask — I'm always happy to talk it through and we can work out a timeline together. I'll let you know honestly whether it's something I'm able to take on.

Measure each nail across its widest point and send me the ten numbers, or ask for a fit kit and I'll send sizing samples first. If measuring feels tricky, don't worry — just email me a photo of your bare hand, no polish, laid flat with a quarter on the table beside it. The coin gives me a reference for scale, and I'll size the set for you. Every order ships with application instructions and spare adhesive tabs.

With the adhesive tabs, expect anywhere from a few days up to a week, depending on how hard you are on your hands. With nail glue you'll usually get one to two weeks. When you're ready to take them off, soak your fingertips in warm soapy water until the glue softens and they'll pop off without a fight — never force them, since that's what damages your natural nail underneath. Either way, the set is completely reusable. Look after them and they'll come back out of the box again and again.

Hand wash the bottle only, and don't leave it soaking — the sealant is tough enough for a real backpack, but not for a dishwasher cycle. The lid that comes with your bottle is dishwasher safe on its own; if your lid has a painted design on top, hand wash that too.
