About this shop

My Soul Creations is a one-person handmade business operating from Florida. By placing an order you're agreeing to these terms.

Handmade means variation

Every piece is thrown, sculpted or painted individually. Colours, glaze behaviour, sizing and brushwork vary from piece to piece, and screens render colour differently anyway. Small variations aren't defects — they're the nature of handmade work, and they're why no two pieces are identical. Listings describe each item as accurately as I can.

Pricing and availability

Most pieces are one of a kind. Once something sells, it's gone. Prices are in USD and can change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed. I reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order if something is listed incorrectly.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which I accept by confirming it. Payment is taken at checkout for ready-to-ship items. Custom commissions run on a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance invoiced before shipping.

Custom orders

Custom work begins only after you approve a mockup and pay the deposit. Timelines are estimates given in good faith. If a delay is on my end I'll tell you as soon as I know. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started — see the Refund policy for the full detail.

My artwork

The original designs, drawings, paintings, prints and photographs on this site are my own work and remain my property. Buying a piece gives you the piece, not the rights to the artwork on it. Please don't reproduce, resell or use my images commercially without asking.

Care and use

Care instructions are on every listing and matter. Ceramics that go through the dishwasher when the listing says hand wash, or tumblers put in a microwave, aren't covered by any replacement.

Limits

I'll always try to fix a problem, but my liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version live on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
