Split Cobalt & Red Tumbler — Misfit

A tall wheel-thrown tumbler split straight down the middle — deep cobalt blue on one side, bright red on the other, meeting in a vertical line with a thin ridge of white between them. Both glazes carry on over the rim and down inside.

Roughly 4.5 inches tall, holds about 13.5 oz — the tallest of the tumblers.

Why this one is a Misfit

There is nothing wrong with this piece. No chips, no cracks, no glaze faults — it's structurally perfect and fully food safe.

It's here because I didn't love how the two colors came out together, and I'd rather be honest about that than charge full price for something I'm not completely happy with. Plenty of people will disagree with me and think the split looks great — if that's you, this is a bargain.
